2. Orders & Payments

All orders placed on Succulents Mart are prepaid only.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Succulents Mart reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed or if there are issues with order verification.

3. Product Information

We strive to display our plants as accurately as possible. However, since plants are natural products, size, shape, and color may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Plants are generally shipped bare rooted to ensure safer transit and healthier delivery. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are not accepted. Refunds are only applicable if plants arrive severely damaged during transit and the issue is verified through a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package.

6. Customer Responsibility
