Shipping Policy – Succulents Mart

At Succulents Mart, we carefully prepare and pack every plant to ensure it reaches you safely and in good condition.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier partner, you will receive tracking details.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4-6 business days

Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional logistics.

4. Bare Root Shipping

To ensure safer transit and healthier plants, we dispatch most plants bare rooted (without soil). This method helps reduce damage during shipping and keeps plants secure throughout the journey.

5. Pots & Sand

Plants are shipped without sand and plastic pots by default.
If you require sand or plastic pots with your order, you can contact us separately before placing the order to check availability and additional shipping arrangements.

6. Packaging

Each plant is carefully packed to protect it during transit. Minor leaf drops or slight stress due to transportation can occur but plants typically recover quickly with proper care.
