Return & Refund Policy – Succulents Mart

At Succulents Mart, we carefully pack every plant to ensure it reaches you in healthy condition. Since plants are delicate and perishable items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both customers and our nursery.

1. Prepaid Orders Only

All orders placed on Succulents Mart are prepaid only. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

2. Returns

Due to the nature of live plants, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

However, if your plant arrives damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a refund after verification.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a refund for damaged items, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed package

  • Clearly show the package condition

  • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses

Refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The plant is severely damaged during transit, and

  • The damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video.

Please note:

  • Minor soil displacement during shipping is normal.

  • Slight leaf drops due to transit stress may occur and usually recover with proper care.

These situations do not qualify for refunds.

5. Reporting Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged plant, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the plant

  • The unboxing video

Our team will review the request and respond as soon as possible.

6. Refund Processing

Once the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
