Refund Policy – SucculentsMart
At SucculentsMart, we take great care in packing and shipping our plants so they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Prepaid Orders Only
All orders placed on SucculentsMart are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a fair resolution in case of any issue, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. The video should:

Start before the package is opened

Clearly show the sealed package

Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts
This helps us verify any damage that may have occurred during transit.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be provided if the plant arrives damaged due to transit issues and the damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
If the plant appears healthy and intact in the unboxing video, a refund will not be applicable.
4. Claim Process
If you receive a damaged plant:

Record the unboxing video while opening the package.

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Share your order number, photos, and the unboxing video for verification.
Once verified, the refund will be processed.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Important Notes

Refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refunds.

Minor soil displacement during transit is normal and does not qualify as damage.
